-Treat our costumer support properly, we don't accept bad behavior, bullying , disrespect, and that might lead to a blacklist from our shop and a block from our telegram channels.

-Please focus on the products descriptions. The warranty details which is 24h for the most products. If anything happened from our side in that period of time, you will be provided with a replacement or a refund.

-Spamming in the DMS will result in late answers, just send a one full message describing your issues, It's better than sending 20 useless texts.

-For any issues, please contact our support team. Please note that support response time will be around 2-5 hours. We appreciate your patience.

-Leaving us negative feedbacks will also result in a block from our telegram and a blacklist from our shop.

-Before purchasing any of our products, if you have any questions you can ask us on the telegram support.

-Please be aware that we are not responsible if you ruin the accounts yourself by abusing them or using them in fraud activities, you have to be cautious

-We are not responsible for any money inside the purchased account, if you receive huge amounts or even small ones from red flagged accounts, we won't replace or reverify unless we mention that we do in the product description.

-After buying a product from us, you will have our full support on telegram chats, we will help you with any questions you might want to ask.

-It is your responsibility to change the account details after buying the product, and you won't hold any of our support team accountable for a theft or any actions on your account, once you get your accounts change the credentials.

-All of our sales are final, we won't refund you because you just bought a wrong account, or because you don't want the account anymore, we will only replace your accounts if it has issues, or refund lastly if we couldn't find any way around it.

-It is your responsibility to read the TOS before buying, So don't come arguing later saying you didn't know about the terms or the rules that we have.
